Our Roles
Personal Trainer
Join PureGym as a Personal Trainer and get the support, flexibility, and opportunities you need to build a successful and thriving PT business.
With your first month rent free and the ability to keep 100% of your earnings, you’ll have the freedom to grow your client base while being part of the UK’s leading gym operator.
As a Fitness Coach, you’ll also benefit from a 12-hour contracted role, giving you the opportunity to engage with members, deliver inductions, and teach classes — helping you build visibility, create connections, and grow your self-employed PT business within the gym.

Fitness Coach
As a Fitness Coach, you’ll play an important role in creating a safe, welcoming, and motivating environment for our members while delivering an exceptional member experience every day. From teaching classes and delivering inductions to supporting members on the gym floor, you’ll help bring the PureGym experience to life.
Alongside your 12-hour contracted role, you’ll also have the opportunity to run and grow your self-employed Personal Training business outside of your employed hours, giving you the flexibility to build your client base within the gym.

Gym Instructor
As a Gym Instructor at PureGym, you’ll play a key role in creating a safe, welcoming, and high-quality gym environment where members feel supported, motivated, and empowered to achieve their fitness goals.
Working as part of a passionate gym team, you’ll engage with members on the gym floor, deliver a great member experience, and build your skills and confidence while working towards your Level 3 Personal Training qualification.
